Direct Debit

Top up your ZUMO Card via simple text (see text commands below) or Online .

Setup is easy -

1) Register your ZUMO Card at a ZUMO Member Kiosk

2) Download and print the direct debit form or request a direct debit packet at a ZUMO store

3) Download and print the ZUMO Direct Debit Agreement or request a direct debit packet at a ZUMO store

4) Prepare and/or sign both documents and a) deposit the documents in the ZUMO letter box under the Member Kiosk or b) mail to ZUMO, 42 Rutherford Street, Nelson 7010

NOTE: The banks require an original document (i.e. not a copy or a digital version)

Once your direct debit is processed our system will generate a text message to you.

To top up your account via text, send one of the following commands -

T20     ($20)

T30     ($30)

T50     ($50)

T75     ($75)

T100     ($100)

T150     ($150)

T200     ($200)

Our system will email account top up receipts to you.  You can view your orders Online .
